What Is Roaming Champagne Service?
Our Roaming Champagne upgrade adds one or two hosts circulating with trays of chilled coupes to the Champagne Cart & Wall. The included base host stays at the cart.
It sounds simple, and it is — but it solves several problems that no fixed bar can.
How it works
The Champagne Cart & Wall remains the pouring point and focal installation. One or two additional roaming hosts carry chilled coupes throughout the room or garden while the included host remains stationed at the cart.
Service is dry hire, as with our cart and wall: you or your caterer supply the champagne or prosecco, and we provide the hosts, the crystal coupes, the trays and the styling.
When the roaming upgrade enhances your reception
Three situations in particular, all common on this coast: gardens on several levels where guests spread out; terraces and decks with no spare floor space; and receptions where you want guests mingling rather than forming a queue at one point.
For yacht events, agree permitted placement for the Cart & Wall first; roaming service is an upgrade to that installation, subject to safe access, never a standalone alternative.

How many hosts you need
Choose one or two additional roaming hosts for two hours using the upgrade options on our Champagne Cart & Wall page. Larger guest counts or longer roaming service require staffing confirmation; no unapproved overtime rate is applied.
For large arrivals where everyone appears at once, a combination works best: the cart and wall hold the entrance while roaming hosts cover the rest of the space.
Roaming exclusively with the Cart & Wall
Roaming Champagne is available exclusively as an optional upgrade to the Champagne Cart & Wall, never as a standalone experience.
The Cart & Wall holds the arrival point while the additional roaming hosts bring service to guests elsewhere. Any roaming time beyond two hours requires a custom staffing quotation.
It is not a substitute for a beautiful arrival moment — but for the hour after it, nothing serves guests better.
