Cap villas are usually gated, with narrow private lanes leading to them and mature planting inside. Turning space can be limited, so we confirm the approach and where a van can stand while we unload.
Most gardens offer good natural shade, which is an advantage here compared with open terraces elsewhere on the coast — but the shade moves, so we agree the service position against the time of day.
