Best Food & Beverage Experiences for Yacht Events in Monaco
Monaco yacht events concentrate everything the Riviera does into a very small footprint: high expectations, tight space, strict timing and total visibility.
Food and beverage choices should be made in that order — space first, then timing, then the menu.

Champagne, brought to the guest
Roaming service with two hosts remains the single most effective format on deck. It uses no floor space, it keeps glasses full during the first crowded half hour, and empties never accumulate.
It is dry hire, so the vessel or client supplies the champagne, which most owners prefer anyway.
Specialty coffee for daytime programmes
During the yacht show and through summer, guests spend the middle of the day in heat. Cold brew, freddo espresso and other chilled specialty drinks are more welcome than another glass of anything.
Our coffee experience runs in collaboration with Brew on Wheels and is quoted for each event, since format and hours vary so widely.
Put the arrival moment on the quay
A champagne cart and wall at the passerelle gives guests a welcome and a photograph before they board, and avoids the question of whether equipment can cross onto the deck at all.
Gelato works the same way during show weeks: quayside, shaded, quick.
Access, timings and removal
Port Hercule requires the berth, gate and any escort arranged through your agent, and show and race weeks add accreditation and closures. Breakdown must be quick and complete.
Ask suppliers how long removal takes. On a berth with a hard finish time, that answer matters as much as the service itself.
- Berth, gate and escort confirmed in advance
- Delivery and removal windows set by the port
- Everything leaves with the supplier
Champagne on board, everything else on the quay, and coffee for the hours when nobody wants another drink.
