Luxury Wedding Experiences on the French Riviera
A Riviera wedding has more standing time in it than couples expect. Between the ceremony and the meal there is usually an hour and a half of drinks in the sun; between the meal and the dancing there is a lull; and late in the evening there is a moment when people either find something to do or start going to bed.
Experience carts exist for those three gaps. They are not entertainment in the sense of a band or a magician — they are hospitality with a focal point, staffed by a host, so guests have somewhere to move towards and something to talk about.
Almost every couple we work with books one experience as the centrepiece and a second for a different hour of the day. Booking more than one reduces the total, since the carts share a delivery and set-up.

Riviera Champagne Experience
Arrival and post-ceremony drinks. Dry hire means you or your caterer supply the champagne you have already chosen, and the wall carries your neon or signage for photographs.

Planning guidance
Choose by moment, not by menu
Decide where the gaps in your day are first, then choose the experience for each one. Two carts side by side at the same hour compete; two carts two hours apart both get used.
Tell us the guest count honestly
Our packages cover a set number of guests with additional guests added at a per-head rate. An accurate number gives you an accurate quote and, more importantly, service without a queue.
Talk to your planner about position
The best cart position is where guests naturally pass, not where the view is best. Your planner and we can agree this between us once you book.
Book the season early
May to September Saturdays go first, particularly around the Cannes and Monaco event weekends.

Frequently asked
- How many experiences should we book for a wedding?
- One is enough for most weddings under a hundred guests; two suits a long day with a clear afternoon gap and a late night. Beyond three it starts to feel like a fair rather than a wedding, and we will tell you if we think you are over-booking.
- Do you provide staff, or does our caterer serve?
- Every package includes our own uniformed host, and they only work on our experience. Your caterer is not asked to cover it.
- Can the experience be personalised for our wedding?
- Yes — personalised napkins, cones and a custom menu board are available, and the perfume experience can be built around a scent brief. We keep the carts themselves in their ivory and gold finish.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Three to six months for a summer Saturday. Shorter notice is possible when a cart and host are free, so ask rather than assume.
