Antibes

Luxury Event Experiences in Antibes

Antibes is the working heart of the Riviera yachting world and, at the same time, one of its most relaxed places to celebrate. Port Vauban brings crew parties, owner hospitality and quayside receptions; the old town and Juan-les-Pins bring long, informal summer evenings; the surrounding hills bring garden weddings with pine shade and sea views.

Events here tend to be less formal than Monaco and less scheduled than Cannes, which suits experiences guests can wander up to at their own pace.

Experiences for Antibes

Venues and settings

Port access at Vauban requires coordination with the port authority and, for some berths, an escort. We arrange that through your agent or planner and allow additional time for it.

Old town venues have narrow streets and pedestrian zones with delivery-hour restrictions; garden venues in the hills are easier, but gravel and sloped terraces are common and we plan the cart position accordingly.

Practical considerations

Port coordination

Quayside events need the berth number, access gate and any escort requirement confirmed in advance.

Old town deliveries

We work within pedestrian-zone delivery windows, which usually means an earlier set-up.

Outdoor surfaces

Gravel and sloping lawns are workable; we just need to know so we bring the right base.

Travel

Antibes and Juan-les-Pins are inside our standard service area, so travel is included.

Service coverage. We cover Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Port Vauban, the old town and the surrounding communes, as well as Cap d'Antibes.

Frequently asked

Can you serve an event at Port Vauban?
Yes. We need the berth details and access arrangements ahead of the day, and for on-board receptions roaming champagne service is often more practical than a cart.
Are your experiences suitable for events with children?
Very. Gelato, mini pancakes and popcorn are the three that families book most, and all are served by a host so there is no queue management for you.
Can we set up on a lawn or gravel terrace?
Yes, with notice. Tell us the surface and the slope and we bring what we need to stand the cart level and safely.
