A private villa is not a venue. There is no events team, no service corridor, no stack of spare glassware — which means anything you bring in has to be genuinely self-sufficient.
That is how our experiences are built. Each cart arrives dressed, is set up and styled by our team, brings its own glassware or serviceware, is staffed for the whole service period, and is cleaned and removed at the end. The house is left as it was.
Villa events also tend to be longer and looser than hotel events, with guests moving between a terrace, a pool and a garden. Experiences that travel — roaming champagne — or that reward a second visit work particularly well.

Gate width, drive surface, steps and turning space determine what can physically reach your terrace. Send us what you know and we will tell you honestly what fits.
Power and shade
Most of our experiences need a standard socket within reach and shade for anything chilled. Both are easier to solve a week ahead than on the day.
Plan for the whole evening, not the photo
Where guests will actually stand at nine in the evening matters more than where the cart looks best at five.
Neighbours and finish times
We set up and break down quietly, including late. Tell us your finish time and we work backwards from it.

- Can you cater to private villas?
- Yes — private villas are a large part of our work. Everything needed for the experience travels with us, and nothing is left for the household to deal with afterwards.
- What do you need from the property?
- A firm, reasonably level position, a route to it, a standard power socket nearby for most experiences, and shade in summer. We confirm all of it before the day.
- Do you work alongside a private chef or caterer?
- Routinely. Our host serves only our experience, so we add to your catering team rather than draw on it.
- How long is service?
- Two hours as standard, with additional hours available at the rate shown on the pricing page.
