Luxury Yacht Event Experiences in Monaco & the French Riviera

Yacht hospitality has its own physics. Deck space is finite, the passerelle sets a hard limit on what can come aboard, timings are governed by the port rather than by you, and everything must leave as cleanly as it arrived.

So we are candid about it: on most vessels, a full cart is the wrong answer and roaming champagne service is the right one. Two hosts with trays move through a deck reception without occupying a square metre of it. Where a cart is possible — a larger deck, or a quayside welcome before boarding — it makes a superb arrival piece.

We work in Port Hercule, Port Vauban, Vieux Port and Port Canto, coordinating access through your agent, captain or event manager.

Planning guidance

Confirm access first

Berth number, gate, escort requirement and delivery window decide what is possible. Send them with your enquiry if you have them.

Choose service over spectacle

On deck, guests remember being served well. Roaming champagne does that; a cart wedged into a walkway does not.

Plan around show and race weeks

The yacht show and Grand Prix weekends bring closures, accreditation and early set-ups. Book these dates well ahead.

Removal matters

We break down quickly and take everything with us, which is usually a condition of the berth as well as good manners.

Frequently asked

Do you provide services for yacht events?
Yes, both quayside and on board. On board we normally recommend roaming champagne service; quayside we can bring a full cart where there is room and a permitted position.
Can a cart come aboard?
Sometimes, on larger vessels with suitable access. We will assess it honestly from the passerelle width and deck plan rather than promise and improvise on the day.
Who arranges port access?
We coordinate with your agent, captain or event manager, and we need the details far enough ahead to clear any escort or accreditation.
Do you supply the champagne?
No — champagne service is dry hire, so the champagne or prosecco is supplied by you or the vessel. We bring the glassware, the hosts and the service.
